gay use of the word as slang
I was reading the stonewall research on different families, how children exsperiance growing up with gay parents.
However what really caught my eye was the note on how children feel teachers adress the negative use of the word ‘gay’ as a swear and not as if the offending person had used a racial word.
though i supose thats right… I mean the word is used as if it is a swear...
